It's been a while since I've done a WIP Wednesday. So here it goes.
I've been wanting to a garter stitch scarf like hitchhiker or wingspan since they first strated to show up in the knitting groups I go to. Wasn't sure which, was leaning towards wingspan when I came across Drachenschwanz by Solway Hauptmann on Ravelry. The next day I cast on.
I love the curve this pattern creates. And it's so simple. The yarn is Cascades Heritage 150 Paints sock yarn in the military fatigues colorway.
Next, something for Knit Wits. This is a baby blanket I started sometime last year and now finally half way through. I'm determined to get it done now.
Yarn is Red Heart Eco-Ways. Pattern is Afghan #2 by Rachel J. Terrill.
